Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment

BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Must have at least 12 months of Hospice or Home Health experience within the past 3 years
