Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health. Current PMHNP certification and valid New York State nursing license. At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing or related field. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
