Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a critical access hospital setting, focusing on varied acuity levels and remote monitoring. Ensure patient safety and comfort through effective clinical interventions and documentation. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor patients remotely, responding promptly to alarm alerts and changes in status. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols. Document patient care accurately in the Cerner charting system. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans. Comply with all travel and licensure requirements, including state licensure and certifications. Qualifications: Hold a valid TN license or compact license in hand. Have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting. Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner charting and remote monitoring. Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Capable of managing varied patient acuity levels in a fast-paced environment.
