Call Center Associate Full Time Fort Pierce, FL, US Summary of position: The Call Center Associate is a customer-focused, detail oriented role. This position is adept at providing outstanding customer service, complaint resolution and troubleshooting issues. Initiate and answer calls to clients to gain knowledge about customer needs, complaints and concerns. Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, offering possible solutions, and ensure customers feel supported and valued. Engage in active listening with customers, confirm or clarify information and diffusing angry customers as needed. Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately. Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service. Suggest sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs. Participate in training opportunities. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to comprehend and follow through with instructions and tasks. Fluency in multiple languages, preferred. Proven understanding of company products, services and policies. Exceptional customer service, active listening and professional phone voice. Proficient with computers, CRM software and typing skills Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations. Required Licenses or Certifications: None Work Environment/Expectations: Office based role. Background noise from coworkers, vehicles and various tools is expected. Physical Requirements : Bending and sitting for extended periods of time is expected. Regular use of computer keyboard and telephone. Ability to lift and carry at least 15 pounds routinely.
