Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | 36–48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and measurable outcomes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinating interventions across the healthcare team
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary providers to promote a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and delegate duties to various levels of nursing staff using critical thinking and independent professional judgment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience (3 or more years preferred)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records (required)
• Current BLS certification (CPR/BLS or equivalent)
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or equivalent
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or equivalent

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
