ATP Technician (Immediate Hire)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

Strong technical background in electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot malfunctions.
Analyze and interpret test data to confirm system data.
Assist in preparing or updating system specifications and test specifications.
Verify the calibration and proper operation of all testing equipment tools.
Travel to vendors or partner production sites to support integration and final acceptance testing.
Hold an associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ATP, testing technician roles or similar positions in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
Provide recommendations to improve testing processes, documentation and quality assurance practices.
Document test results, issues, troubleshooting steps, and corrective measures.
