Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an IT Help Desk Support professional to provide end-user assistance, research and resolve technical issues, and document problems for timely resolution. The role supports the Informatics & Technology Services team, prioritizing external department customers first and maintaining end-user equipment functionality.
