Staff Physical Therapist

ES3 Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to become a valued member of our caring team. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate orthopedic physical therapy tailored to each patient's needs. Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on manual therapy and exercise. Educate patients about their conditions and recovery strategies in a supportive manner. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, holistic care. Stay current with industry best practices through continuing education.

Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy License in California. Excellent communication skills with a caring approach. Ability to manage a growing caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $48.06 - $57.88 per hour
