CNA - Skilled Nursing Care Champion
Northwest Colorado Health
Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a Skilled Nursing CNA for Casey's Pond in Steamboat Springs to provide direct resident care in a non-exempt role under supervision. The CNA will document care, assist with meals, and support daily activities according to each resident's plan of care at Casey's Pond.
Responsibilities include vital signs, basic procedures, and maintaining infection control standards while communicating with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
