Location : Baytown, TX 77523
Pay Rate: $22–$26/hr DOE
Schedule : 7:00 AM – End of Production (Monday–Friday)
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory movement, shipping and receiving activities, and forklift operations. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working in refrigerated environments while supporting overall warehouse efficiency and housekeeping during slower production periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport produce, stack pallets, and retrieve inventory
- Supervise and coordinate shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse logistics operations
- Load and unload materials from racks, staging areas, and trailers
- Monitor inventory flow and ensure accurate product handling, storage, and tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing and receiving documentation
- Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
- Support team productivity and maintain clean, organized staging and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and management in both English and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience (certification is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse management preferred
- Ability to work weekdays, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments for extended periods
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling required weights
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety
