Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• PALS certification
• Current California RRT credential required
• Travel experience required
• 2-5 years of critical care experience required
• Experience with Respiratory Therapy Driven Protocols required

Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
• Every other weekend required.
• Holidays: Expect to work most holidays.
• First to float.
• Floating required to all areas except NICU.
• Schedules are made approximately 3-4 weeks in advance.
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
