Description As a Data Center Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and management of our data center campuses. Your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain an environment of high operational tempo and efficiency across all teams supporting the data center. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Extensive hands-on experience in data center operations, combined with vocational training or certifications in relevant technical fields. Extensive senior leadership experience in leading data center operations. Experience with managing OpEx/CapEx budgets Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field. 15+ years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations environment. Expertise in procurement standard methodologies and contract negotiations. Experience in site headcount planning, forecasting, recruitment, and development, including performance and compensation planning. Skilled in developing, implementing, and using key performance indicators. Ability to deliver comprehensive presentations to director-level leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Experience working with the ISDCO (Infrastructure Services Data Center Operations) Capacity Management team to optimize the availability and utilization of data center space and power.
