About Our Agency

We're excited to be approaching our 10-year anniversary this December! Our close-knit team is made up of 5 full-time and 1 part-time team members, and we treat each other like family. With a strong team spirit, we work toward shared goals while keeping things light and funmixing professionalism with plenty of camaraderie along the way. I bring 20 years of State Farm experience (including time as a team member myself) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Elon University, with a focus on Management. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Beau Burton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
