Compensation $135,000 – $145,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization operating across multiple U.S. markets. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial infrastructure of a high-growth business. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare U.S. GAAP‑compliant financial statements and reporting packages Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and cash flow management Manage audits, tax activities, lender reporting, and covenant compliance Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability across finance operations Partner with executive leadership on business growth and M&A activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Experience with Sage ERP Healthcare services industry experience preferred Experience working in a private equity‑backed environment preferred If you're a finance leader looking to make a significant impact within a growing healthcare organization, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
