Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with educators, families, and support staff
• Comprehensive understanding of IEPs and the special education process

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload (K-12)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress across academic and social domains
• Provide direct therapy individually and in group settings
• Document progress in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication goals
