Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and production support.


Essential Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Support daily inbound and outbound shipping schedules to meet operational deadlines.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and receiving documentation.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse stock locations.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including delivery orders and bills of lading.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments for accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation.
• Process freight claims and respond to shipping and inventory inquiries.
• Stage and transport materials to support production operations.
• Safely inspect and operate warehouse equipment.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify and report safety concerns while following all company safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and shipping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and verbal directions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move warehouse materials.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
