Account Manager, National Security Jobs

Account ManagerSupporting a strategic Artificial Intelligence program for the Intelligence Community. The Account Manager leads a cross-functional team of AWS professionals spanning Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Support, and Professional Services to deliver cloud computing and AI solutions to mission-critical national security customers. This role requires a balance of technical leadership with senior executives, deep expertise in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, and the ability to translate complex mission requirements into scalable cloud-native solutions. The Account Manager drives strategic account growth, manages the full customer lifecycle, and serves as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate the unique procurement and security requirements of the Intelligence Community. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.Key job responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior Intelligence Community executives, leading a cross-functional AWS team, translating complex IC requirements into scalable cloud-native and AI-driven architectures, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, driving revenue growth, collaborating with partners, tracking key account metrics, and contributing to organizational best practices.About the team: Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Cloud Technology Certification.
