The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, salaried/exempt position earning $75,000 annually with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule. What You Will Do Design and implementâ¯behavior support plans that enhance adaptive behaviors and decrease challenging behaviors resulting in socially significant consequences for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Participateâ¯in person centered planning and/or treatment team meetings to develop,â¯reviewâ¯and update individual plans⯠Observeâ¯individual behavior and completeâ¯initial behavioral assessments; determineâ¯individual’s progress towards goals and modify–behavior support plans as needed– Develop and deliver training for staff, caregivers, families, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on behavior support plans and evidence-based intervention strategies. Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in accordance with agency, state, funder, BACB, and federal requirements. Determine data needs; developâ–reporting mechanisms for staff use in recording and reporting individual’s behaviorâ– Collaborateâ–with interdisciplinary team to assess individual’s behavior, monitor individual’s progress, and adjust behavior plans as neededâ– Conductâ–in-service training and workshops which enhance staff and caregiver understanding and ability to provide active habilitation and effective behavioral programmingâ– Provide documentation and reports in accordance with agency, funder, professional, state, and federal requirements What You Can Expect From Us We'll celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions while providing the support you need to thrive—both professionally and personally. BCBAs provide clinical supervision to RBTs on their caseload but do not manage staff. What We Expect Of You The flexible, respectful individual we see is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications: Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Current Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst Two years of experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Experience supervising and implementing behavior plans preferred We look forward to welcoming someone with the following knowledge and skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and electronic health records systems Ability to analyze, interpret, and present behavioral and productivity data Comprehensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis and modification principles,â¯theoriesâ¯and techniquesâ¯â¯ Knowledge of professional and ethical guidelines and federal and state laws and regulations Understanding intellectual and developmental disabilities and their effect on cognitive and behavioral functioning Ability to develop, explain, and train others on behavior intervention strategies Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with emerging behavior support practices Join Our Circle.
