This position requires the ability to float to designated nursing unit clusters and shifts to meet staffing needs throughout MU Health Care. Units/clusters include: University Hospital, Women's Hospital, Children's Hospital, Missouri Psychiatric Center (MUPC), Missouri Orthopaedic Institute (MOI), and Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC). Clusters are chosen on hire and updated through years of service. Your ability to float between different nursing units within a specific cluster will be crucial in meeting our staffing needs and ensuring the highest standards of care.
