In return, we’ll provide an environment where you can be a part of something special.Job title Functional Consultant – Client SuccessWhat you’ll do for us…Triage the ticket to determine if its bug/data issue, etc.Reproduce the issue and work with R&D, DevOpsDevelop, Test and Deploy the fix to production.Provide explanations for system behaviour (For solver – more complicated)Refactor IBPL code to make it more efficient.Move Config between diff envDevelop and test CR’s.Clean up/archival and performance tuning.User Management (tickets or training customer IT)Collate the repeated issues or pain points of planners to CSM forenhancementsWilling to work in a 24*7 team with International Customers across the Globe.What you’ll have…Languages: SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like Python, R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.Skills: Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including DemandManagement, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.Characteristics:Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both productand domain.Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate yourviewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even underpressure.Ability to analyse and process large amounts of data and complement it withintuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or thebiggest risks are key.More about us…With the latest increase in our valuation from $2.7B to $3.7B despite challenging global macroeconomic conditions, o9 Solutions is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world today.
