Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wounds

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed wound care records

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment

• Conduct wound inspections and debridements as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention

• Participate in monthly wound care conferences to review patient progress and share best practices

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in wound care and incorporate this knowledge into patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Wound Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong understanding of wound care principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high-volume patient flow

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
