Healthcare IT Recruiter is a full-time position responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to support healthcare operations, requiring knowledge of the IT talent market and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and competencies for various healthcare IT positions Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand Healthcare IT roles using multi-channel sourcing strategies Screen candidates for technical proficiency and manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in healthcare Prior experience in an agency or consulting firm environment managing multiple clients and requisition loads Experience supporting large health systems, hospitals, payers, or digital health startups Knowledge of healthcare technologies such as Epic, Cerner, and cybersecurity frameworks Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
