This role involves providing compassionate care to terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities, covering a smaller area within seven counties. The assignment is set in a post-acute care environment with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Hospice – Travel

• Provide end-of-life care to terminally ill patients
• Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day within an 8-hour shift
• Utilize EPIC for charting and patient records
• Coordinate with another RN to cover designated counties

Requirements of the RN – Hospice – Travel

• Minimum of 1 year hospice experience
• Valid RN license in WV
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience using EPIC EMR system
