Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Portland, ME
$120,000-$150,000 Base + Annual Bonus + ESOP
I'm partnering with a 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor that has built some of Maine's most recognizable projects. They're looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Project sizes typically range from $10M-$75M+ .
Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and overall project financials
Oversee subcontractors and coordinate project teams
Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects and engineers
Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Identify risks early and keep projects on schedule and within budget

What They're Looking For

10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
General Contractor experience required
Experience managing large commercial projects ($10M-$75M+)
Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and contract administration
Proven leadership and client relationship skills
Experience with Procore, MS Project and commercial construction software preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000-$150,000 base salary
Annual performance bonus
