Test Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Test Systems Engineer to design and develop custom electrical and automated test equipment used to validate cutting-edge products throughout the manufacturing process. This is a hands on engineering role that combines electrical design, automation, software development, and product validation. Company Overview Global Manufacturing Leader with an excellent reputation State of the art manufacturing facility Strong benefits package offering health, dental, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, vacation time, 401K match, and more Large Engineering Department fostering career growth opportunities Key Duties include Design & Build Test Equipment: Develop custom test systems from concept through build Define system requirements and integrate custom components Participate in hands-on assembly, integration, and validation Test Fixture Development: Collaborate with Tool Design and Engineering teams to create production-ready test fixtures Translate product drawings into functional testing requirements and specifications Test System Software Development: Develop software for: Test execution & runtime control, recipe management, and calibration processes Utilize tools like VB, LabVIEW, Python, and SQL Support Design & Process Engineering with test method development Ensure products meet performance, quality, and compliance standards Education, Experience, and Requirements BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field (with co‑op/internship experience) Will also consider an AAS + 3–7 years in test engineering/technician role Exposure to test equipment, automation, or controls systems Electrical/mechanical systems integration Programming experience (VB, LabVIEW, Python, SQL) is a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
