Engineering Project Manager

ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER (Permanent) Our client a global manufacturing organization in WNY is looking to add an Engineering Project Manager to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional engineering projects and new initiatives from inception/planning through execution
• Compile team from Engineering Operations Quality and leadership teams
• Create budgets schedules project charters and risk mitigation strategies
• Clearly define timelines milestones and objectives tracking each as the project progresses
• Delegate and oversee responsibilities ensure projects remain on schedule and internal/external stakeholders are updated/aligned throughout
• Identify risks develop resolutions and proactively manage each to avoid further complications
• Present complex technical plans in a clear/concise manner to a diverse audience
• Juggle multiple projects at a timeanywhere from 3-5 is typical depending on the complexity
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary

Details:

• Position is full-time direct hire
• $90000 $110000 annually depending on experience
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Business or related
• 5 years experience in project management supporting Engineering/Manufacturing/Operational projects
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Must be able to access technical data governed by US Export Control regulations
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees
• Highly confidential
• Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organization skills analytical and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Relocation not available
