About Altis Altis is a venture intelligence platform that helps investors make faster, better decisions on Series A/B/C companies. We identify the key debates that should drive an investment committee decision, then build out the bull and bear cases through primary research: interviews with customers, competitors, former employees, and domain experts. About The Role You’ll own AI as a sector end-to-end. That means defining the questions that matter for a given company, designing the research approach, conducting expert interviews, and synthesizing findings into work that directly shapes investment decisions. You’ll also help build the methodology and playbook. This isn't a mature practice you're joining. It's one you're creating. You’ll lead a pod of 3-5+ junior team members and report to our Founding CRO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Growth Investor). The CEO is a former BCG Managing Director & Partner with nearly 12 years leading commercial transformations and due diligence for public and private investors. You Want 4-7 years of experience, with meaningful time in management consulting (MBB or equivalent) at the EM/PL level or above (consulting track) Led commercial due diligence, market assessments, or investment evaluations, and you were good at it Genuine curiosity about AI companies and the technology reshaping how businesses compete. You follow the space because you find it interesting, not because someone staffed you on it.
