Loan Operations Construction Real Estate Processor

PointBank is searching for an experienced Loan Operations Real Estate Construction Processor to join our team in Pilot Point, Texas. What You'll Do Process residential and commercial real estate and construction loans Coordinate construction draws, inspections and fund disbursements Review loan files, closing documents and approvals for accuracy Track project budgets, lien waivers, title updates and insurance Prepare renewals, extensions, modifications, payoffs and lien releases Perform escrow analysis and processing tax and insurance payments Monitor collateral, documentation exceptions and delinquent property taxes Work with loan officers, borrowers, contractors, inspectors and third parties Support regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate loan records What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong communication and customer service skills (preferred) Hourly pay Quarterly Incentives 401(k)+matching Health savings account Paid time off & more.... #J-18808-Ljbffr PointBank
