IT Asset Analyst

IT Asset AnalystThe IT Asset Analyst is responsible for assisting with all aspects of IT Asset Management including post procurement logistics, warehousing, monitoring and reporting inventory, and disposition of assets.Responsibilities include:Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipmentPick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitionsProcess, document, and pack returned equipment for disposalPrepare IT equipment for deploymentPre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment softwareMonitor inventory and conduct cycle countsAssist as needed in the ITAM lifecycle trackingMaintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH informationComplies with applicable internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH informationPerforms other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assignedQualificationsEducation:• High School diploma or equivalent.• An Associate's Degree is preferred.• Equivalent experience and education may be considered.• Certifications in relevant technologies may be substituted for an Associate's Degree.Experience:• 5+ years of general work experience.• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/supply chain role is a plus.Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.• Good verbal and written communication skills.• Willing and able to work as part of a collaborative team.• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.• Knowledge and understanding of basic IT equipment and its function.• Ability to take the initiative and complete assignments, after initial direction, through completion.
