We value our employees and invest in their success.We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Internet Manager/Floor Closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and is driven by results. The ideal candidate must be an expert multitasker with exceptional phone skills, a proven ability to set appointments, and the capacity to effectively manage 400-500 leads per month while maintaining consistent follow-up and customer engagement. This leader will be responsible for generating a minimum of 60 appointments per month, assisting sales consultants in converting prospects into showroom traffic, and driving performance to achieve 10%+ closing ratios on new vehicle leads and 15%+ on used vehicle leads from all lead sources. Candidates must have experience coaching and developing an internet sales team, ensuring daily lead management, task completion, and accountability. This role requires a true closer who can confidently move customers toward a buying decision, assist with deal structuring when needed, and manage showroom floor flow and sales activities throughout the day. Proficiency with DriveCentric, lead management systems, phone etiquette, customer interactions, and CRM best practices is required.
