Job Title About the role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary resource for completing the day-to-day product requests submitted by teams across the company. No two days look the same. One request may involve creating a brand-new software SKU, while the next could be correcting pricing, updating a product description, fixing website content, or resolving a product-related issue that’s preventing business from moving forward. If you enjoy solving problems, working through a variety of requests, and taking pride in getting the details right, this could be a great fit. About us Climb Global Solutions, Inc., and Subsidiaries (the “Company”) is an information technology (“IT”) channel company providing both distribution and cloud technology solutions through its Climb Channel Solutions (“Climb”), Grey Matter and Climb Global Services operating segments. Climb is a specialty technology distributor focused on emerging data center and cloud-based products, delivering software and hardware to corporate resellers, value added resellers (VARs), consultants and systems integrators globally. Grey Matter US is a value-added reseller of software, hardware and services for U.S. and Canadian corporations, government organizations and academic institutions. Grey Matter is a UK-based software reseller and cloud service provider devoted to helping Developers, ISVs and tech-led companies succeed and focus on what they do best. Climb Global Services is a technical services team of cloud adoption and migration specialists, supporting all aspects of cloud adoption from migration to training and enablement services. About you Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Creating new product SKUs using sales or vendor-provided information. Updating existing SKUs to correct pricing, descriptions, product attributes, or other requested changes. Troubleshooting product-related issues submitted by internal teams and working toward timely resolution. Reviewing requests for accuracy and validating information before making updates. Maintaining website product content to ensure information is current and accurate. Researching product information using vendor documentation and internal resources. Managing a variety of product requests while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. Assisting with larger product update projects and team initiatives as business needs require. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn processes quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Word applications. Experience using Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP is a plus, but we’re happy to teach the right candidate. Qualifications: High school diploma required; some college or equivalent work experience preferred. Previous experience in an operations, customer support, product data, or similar detail-oriented role is a plus – but not required. Ability to work late on the last business day of every month. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required. Why Join Us: Climb Channel Solutions offers a stimulating work environment where innovation and teamwork are valued.
