Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for unit-level care coordination and patient outcomes
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Operating Room clinical experience
• Ability to complete Point of Care training and Restraint competency testing prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced surgical or perioperative environment
• Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles within the OR
