- Uncapped Income Potential Commission is unlimited. Compensation packages are competitive and negotiable based on experience, proven performance, and growth goals. We offer flexibility including a higher starting salary that tapers as commissions grow.
- Flexibility with Support Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you'll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client.
- Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling.
- Identify clients' insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.
- Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
- Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.
- Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed.
- Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance.
- Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others).
- A strong record of new business growth and client retention.
- Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service.
- Has a proven production track record with established client relationships.
- Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert.
- Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson.
