ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and has grown into a team of four who work together in a supportive, goal-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.

I attended Baylor University and come from a military-affiliated background, which has shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and service. I stay involved in the community as a board member with FCA, supporting initiatives that help develop and encourage local youth.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Melanie Hardy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
