Your role is to guide guests through their experience from warm greetings to menu suggestions to ensuring every bite and sip is just right./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide gracious and timely service/liliHave strong knowledge of the menu, daily features, and drink offerings/liliTake accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS/liliAssist guests with dietary needs or questions/liliEnsure tables are well-maintained throughout the meal/liliHandle payment transactions/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust be 21+/liliPrior serving experience preferred/liliMust be able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 25 lbs/liliMust possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit/liliA passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY./li/ulh3Hosts/h3pWelcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and keep the flow of restaurant service smooth./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliWarmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival./liliWhen possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant./liliAnswer phone professionally and according to restaurant standards./liliKnow restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively./liliTake reservations and enter on Resy according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible./liliProvide guests with estimated waiting time./liliAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible./liliBe able to re-work existing reservations and waiter sections to accommodate walk-ins and unexpected last minute reservations.
