responsibilities:
Candidate will be working Insurance compliance project.

Experience in Insurance risk and commercial insurance

The Insurance Compliance Analyst will perform insurance policy reviews, renewal tracking, investor guideline compliance, insurance exception processing, and servicing support for commercial loan portfolios.

Ÿ Main point of contact on insurance questions, coverage requirements, and investor guidelines.

Ÿ Pursue and obtain invoices, paid receipts, and evidence of insurance on the assigned portfolio within 30 days of insurance renewal.

Ÿ Review Investor insurance guidelines and loan documents to establish baseline requirements.

Ÿ Review Loan Documents, Appraisals, Engineering, Seismic, and Phase I Environmental Reports to determine loan-specific insurance requirements.

Ÿ Perform annual review of insurance certificates, policies, statement of values and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelines.

Ÿ Process Insurance waivers/Exceptions with supporting documentation for non-compliant insurance issues.

Ÿ Responsible for maintaining insurance data in the Enterprise servicing system and Sales Force as applicable.

Ÿ Prepare and submit Lender reports as required from time to time.

Ÿ Obtain an understanding of the insurance casualty provision and claim process.

Ÿ Work with and assist the Servicing Insurance Front-End division as needed.

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
