Diabetes Education & Self-Management Specialist

Sanford Health's Marsh Minocqua Center in Minocqua, WI is seeking a Diabetes Care Education Specialist to educate patients on self-management of diabetes and monitor progress within a comprehensive education program. Requires a bachelor’s degree in dietetics or nutrition, CDR-registered licensure, and CDCES (or eligible within three years). Masters may be required for post-2024 grads.
