ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 after building my career in title and escrow as well as the mortgage industry, experiences that shaped a strong foundation in problem-solving, organization, and customer care. Our team includes three members, and this is truly a family-run operation - my husband even works alongside me in the agency. That family-first perspective carries into how we lead, support one another, and serve our customers every day.

For our team, we offer Flex Fridays (when team goals are met Monday through Thursday, Fridays are off!) along with a Simple IRA, full licensing reimbursement, and flexibility when needed for family commitments. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Olimpia Campos Garner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
