Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process, schedule interviews, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure positive candidate experiences. This contract role supports talent acquisition across multiple teams in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary candidate contact, coordinating interviews and scheduling across multiple teams
• Administer Greenhouse ATS: post requisitions, maintain candidate data, move candidates through pipeline stages
• Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed
• Maintain records, templates, and monitor recruiting activity for data accuracy and compliance
• Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and preferably Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent deadlines and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and business applications
• High accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through in all tasks
