Apply today and be among the first to join this exciting and innovative new brand.What you’ll do:Must have 2+ year in scratch sushi bar/restaurantKnowledge of sushi style fish fabrication & storageKnowledge of sushi rice cooking, seasoning, and preparationYou have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.Familiarize yourself with the menu and seasonal specials, perfect your knife skills, and handle product responsibly to minimize wasteYou have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent resultsCook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipmentFollow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean, and be able to detect and identify safety issues.
