Responsibilities
Hours:
Must be able to work Saturdays (7:30a-5p)
Monday - Thursday 4p-8p
- Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) using dealership software
- Accurately calculate bills, make change, and issue receipts
- End of day reconciliation
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism, referring issues when necessary
Requirements
- Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
