RN Med Surg Clinical Coordinator FT Nights

Responsibilities Responsible for leading the Clinical team on Med Surg nights. Making patient assignments, assisting with patient flow and working with the Nursing Supervisor to place patients. Working with the team and being a Resource to the nursing staff and assisting with clinical patient needs and intervening when there are patient complaints/concerns. Responsible for keeping productivity in line for the department and keeping the Director informed of any issues or occurrences on the unit.
