About the role:

Team 360 Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support the manufacturing and packaging process on our client’s production line. This role is responsible for ensuring yogurt products are produced, packaged, and handled according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Details:

• Hours: 7 AM to end of production (10-12 hours)
• Monday - Thursday (Weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient yogurt processing and packaging
• Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients following company recipes and food safety standards
• Fill, seal, and label yogurt containers while maintaining speed and accuracy on production lines
• Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency, proper sealing, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas to meet sanitation standards
• Monitor product temperatures and storage conditions to ensure food safety compliance
• Load raw materials and package finished goods for distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong understanding of food safety practices (GMP, HACCP preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
