Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition partner for a Financial Services Company in Orange, CA. This position is a contract for 6 months + hybrid. Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Hourly pay rate: $45-$55.00 per hour DOE Duties and Responsibilities include: Requisition Intake, Candidate Assessment & Interview Process, Communications Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria. Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities. Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements. Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning. Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience. Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records Sourcing & Pipeline Development Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions. Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness) Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets and recruiting processes. Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates Experience: Minimum 4-6 years related recruiting and sourcing experience. Experience working with an application tracking system. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders. Solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in a high-volume recruiting environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organization skills and agility with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately. Proactively approach challenges and tasks with a can-do attitude and a solutions-orientated approach. Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. Strong professional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.
