Do you have a passion for travel and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Booking Agents. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements
- Provide expert recommendations tailored to client needs, preferences, and budgets
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by managing reservations and itineraries
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destinations to offer the best options
- Deliver top-notch service while addressing any issues or changes that arise
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or travel booking is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated home workspace
