In this full-time remote role, you will provide essential mental health assessment and treatment services to adults presenting with stable and low-acuity mental health concerns. Work Environment\nThis position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule during standard business hours, which typically fall between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Our fully remote team utilizes secure telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you have all necessary tools at your disposal to deliver outstanding care without the stress of commuting. There are no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to assess and enhance their mental well-being. \n
- Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight. \n
- Actively collaborate with clients as their advocate, assisting them in identifying and defining their personal goals. \n
- Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Engage in regular supervision meetings with colleagues to enhance your clinical skills and provide clients with the best care possible. \n
You will primarily work with adults who present with low-acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our clients are looking to improve their mental health and are typically stable but may benefit from support to enhance their coping mechanisms and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- An independent mental health license appropriate for the role: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth software and electronic health record systems. \n

- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of various cultural backgrounds. \n
- Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations based on comprehensive assessments. \n
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor that fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship. \n
The salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, contingent on experience and hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
