Job responsibilities include:

• Providing personal caregiving services and support in the client's home
• Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Preparing meals and assisting with special diets
• Performing general housekeeping and household support activities
• Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administering medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assisting with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offering limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintaining accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license

• Moderate to loud noise levels depending on the environment
• Exposure to varying temperatures in home or office settings

Salary Range: USD $23.79 - $27.53 / Hour
