Bank Teller

We're looking for a Bank Teller to join our team.

Job Duties:

Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.

Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts to computer-generated proof sheet.

Report any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary.

Ensure teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.

Responsible for checking night depository bags and recording proper information on the financial institution's forms.

Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers.

Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.

Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.

Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow.

May train new employees and answer co-worker questions.

Will be involved in ordering, receiving verifying, and distributing cash.

Open new accounts.

Promote the bank's products and services, consistently cross-selling bank products at every opportunity.

Makes concentrated effort to solve customer issues.

Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Must have cash handling work experience.

Must have friendly face-to-face customer service skills.
