Elementary PE Teacher

Qualifications Hold, or be eligible to hold, a Utah Professional Elementary Teaching license with a Physical Education endorsement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the School Principals, develop and instruct students K‑6 in physical skills, fitness, and health, ensuring compliance with the Utah State Core Standards; foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment; manage class behavior, assess student progress; maintain equipment; teach motor skills, sports, games, and lifetime fitness activities. This position will provide physical education classes to elementary schools across the District. Salary Placed on Licensed Salary Schedule. Placement is determined by education level and years of experience. Experience credit will be awarded for the first ten (10) years of certified experience in an accredited school.
