ENT Surgical First Assistant

Join our collaborative team and work alongside leading ENT specialists, gaining hands-on experience in surgical first assist, advanced procedures, and comprehensive patient care. Schedule: Days (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities/Attributes

• Inpatient, outpatient and hybrid positions available
• Autonomous roles with team support
• Open to new grads
• Limited call | Additional compensation for weekends/holidays
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patients
• Treat a wide range of acute and chronic ENT conditions
• Strong mix of clinic procedures and surgical exposure
• Provide comprehensive ENT care across clinic and hospital settings
• RNFA required

Physical Requirements:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
